Conference information

Please note that CAA2024 will be a fully in-person event. Unfortunately, due to the costs involved, we can not offer hybrid / online participation.

Good to know: Participation to the conference, either as a speaker or as an attendee, is considered a benefit of CAA International members; this means that one should either become a (new) member or renew your annual CAA membership for 2024. The cost of this is managed by CAA International and range from €10 to €75, depending on your circumstances. Please visit the membership website for more information.

Fees are assigned based on an A/B system, according to your current country of residence*

Members will pay the rate corresponding to their country of residence. Residents of countries not listed in group A are eligible to pay the group B membership fee.

LUNCH

Please note that lunch is not included in the registration price. There are options around the University of Auckland campus. Alternatively, a lunch package add-on to your registration is $19.00 NZD per day (Available Tuesday – Thursday).

SOCIAL EVENTS

Upon registration, you will be able to opt for the social events, workshops, and the excursion.

VENUE

The conference will be hosted at the University of Auckland. The University of Auckland’s city campus is right in the heart of Auckland, within walking distance of all the main cultural, entertainment, transport, and commercial hubs.

The conference will be held in the Owen G Glenn Building (OGGB) situated in Grafton Road. The OGGB offers a range of purpose-built teaching facilities including lecture theatres, meeting rooms with computer facilities, and a main foyer where registration, posters, and refreshments will be available. There will also be a coat check available. More information about the conference venue is available here.

The venue has free WiFi either as a guest of the University or eduroam.
